A resident of McMinnville, she was a beautician and a member of the Gath Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leslie and Hassie Certain Raymond and a brother, Walter Raymond. She is survived by her husband, Eddie Royce Cantrell of McMinnville, a daughter, Deborah Howard of Morrison, two granddaughters, Mimi Turner of Franklin and Andrea Howard of Knoxville. She is also survived by three sisters, Helen Bell and Mirl Poss, both of McMinnville, Louise Winchester of Smithville, a brother, T.R. Raymond of McMinnville and 17 nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were James E. Winchester, Austin Poss, Jimmy Turner, James Raymond, Danny Raymond, Jason Raymond and Steven France. DeKalb Funeral Chapel in Smithville was in charge of the arrangements. Ferrell. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Wilburn C. Braswell, a son and daughter-in-law, W.C. and Gingie Hobson Braswell, three grandchildren, John and Heath Braswell and Holly Braswell Hendrix and her husband Phillip Hendrix, and two great-grandchildren, Victoria Anne Cantrell and Holden Hendrix. Brother Greg Hibdon officiated with internment in the Delong Cemetery in the Jefferson Community. He died on Tuesday, December 11, 2001 at River Park Hospital in Warren County. He is survived by his parents, Darryl and Janet Trapp and by his sister, Jayrah Trapp, all of Dowelltown.
Larry W. Cantrell, 49, on. Friday, December 14, 2001, at the DeKalb Funeral Chapel in Smithville. Brother Royce Moore officiated with internment in the Salem Cemetery. He died Wednesday, December 12, 2001, at his residence after a short illness.
